Just got an email recruiting to a 95% commission real estate office. It has some stick figures talking about not being able to pay a franchise fee and not having enough money to pay their bills. I did the research.... At this company MOST of the agents (111 of 160) are likle having issues paying bills solely from thier real estate commissions because they have had ZERO closings through April 2010. Another twenty of their agents had only 1 closing each from January 1st to April 30th. Just proving that "You get what you pay for out of your BROKERAGE and your BRAND". We hope that the agents that want to make REAL ESTATE their CAREER CHOICE come to see that our model is about GROWING A BUSINESS and having sufficient business volume to afford the things that GROW thier business even more. As always 100% of nothing is nothing.
